Who We Work With
System selection at schematic and design-development stage, published manufacturer data for the documented Everest series, DWG drawing files where the manufacturer supplies them, and plain answers about what a glass or aluminum system can and cannot do in a given opening. We flag where a decision belongs with the engineer of record or the authority having jurisdiction rather than answering it for them.
A written scope split before a quote is issued — supply-only or supply with coordinated installation — then a site measure once the openings are ready, shop drawings for sign-off, and installation sequenced with the other trades. One point of contact owns the scope from measure to walkthrough.
Partitions, office fronts, back-painted glass, custom mirrors and frameless shower enclosures, with glass makeup, edgework, hardware finish and door hardware settled on paper before anything is ordered. Interior glass is measured after the surrounding finishes are complete, so the programme is planned around that.

Glass scopes are specified and supplied by Gloria Glass with professional installation coordinated as part of the project. Everest aluminum profiles and systems can be bought supply-only — by fabricators, glazing contractors and builders who install with their own crews — or supplied with installation coordinated as part of the project scope. Keeping the two separate on paper is what stops an aluminum quote being read as a glazing quote, or the other way round.

Catalog values apply to the configurations documented in each catalog and are not a substitute for project engineering. For glass scopes we issue the confirmed specification and shop drawings for sign-off; we do not provide stamped engineering.
What an Estimate Needs
We do not publish unit rates, because every figure responds to a specific opening, substrate and scope split. What we can do is turn a complete brief into a scoped estimate. Missing any of the items below is what turns a quick, scoped answer into a long round of follow-up questions.

City and state, and whether the work is a residence, an owner-occupied commercial building or a leased tenancy. Leased space brings landlord requirements that change the detail.

Plans and elevations for the openings concerned, or a window and door schedule with mark, location, size, operation and glazing. Nominal sizes are enough to estimate from; never to fabricate from.

Framed or frameless, sliding or hinged, laminated or tempered, finish family, and any hardware or sightline you are trying to match. If undecided, say so and we set the options out side by side.

Substrate at each fixing point — stud and blocking, masonry, concrete, steel or a deck edge — and whether it is finished. Guards in particular are governed by what sits behind the surface.

Supply-only, or supply with installation coordinated as part of the project scope. On aluminum systems this is agreed in writing before a quote is issued.

Target dates for measure and installation, and whether landlord, association or building-department approval is expected. On exterior work that approval timeline usually sets the programme.

Coordination

We review what you send, ask the questions that change the number, and return a scoped estimate with the scope split written down.

Once the openings are ready — framed, finished or otherwise fixed — the openings are measured on site. Glass is fabricated to a measured opening, not a plan dimension.

Shop drawings and the confirmed specification — glass makeup, hardware, finish, system configuration — are issued for sign-off before anything is ordered.

Delivery and professional installation are coordinated as part of the project scope and sequenced with the other trades, followed by a walkthrough and any final adjustment.
