- Do you work supply-only, or do you install as well?
- Both, depending on the scope. Glass scopes are specified and supplied by Gloria Glass with professional installation coordinated as part of the project. Everest aluminum systems are available supply-only for fabricators, glazing contractors and builders, or supplied with installation coordinated as part of the project scope. The split is agreed in writing before a quote is issued.
- Are you the engineer of record, or do you review code compliance?
- No. Gloria Glass is not the engineer of record and does not review or approve code compliance. Where a decision belongs with the project's design professional or the authority having jurisdiction, we say so and supply the dimensions and product data that decision needs.
- What documentation can you provide for a submittal?
- For the documented Everest series, the official manufacturer technical catalog (PDF) and, where the manufacturer supplies them, DWG drawing files are linked on each series page. For glass scopes we provide the confirmed specification, shop drawings and product data. We do not provide stamped engineering.
- Where are your offices, and which markets do you work in?
- Gloria Glass LLC has two offices: a principal office in Littleton, Colorado and a New York office at 9227 4th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11209. We take on projects in Colorado, New York and California; Los Angeles is served as a project market without a local office, showroom or inventory.
- Do you publish unit rates or price lists?
- No. Every estimate responds to a specific scope, and final figures follow the site measure. Send drawings or a schedule with the location, the scope split you want and the target dates, and we return a scoped estimate rather than a generic rate.
