Tenant-improvement coordination

For TI projects we coordinate on drawings, measurements, hardware, finishes, and installation timing. Our scope typically follows the drawings and specifications provided by the design team and general contractor.

Plans, measurements, specifications, and submittal coordination

Gloria Glass coordinates measurements, system requirements, glass specifications, hardware selections, supplier information, and installation details based on the project scope. Where engineered stamps, fire ratings, or code sign-offs are required, those items are handled by qualified third parties as part of the overall project.

Scheduling and installation planning

Commercial installs are scheduled around site readiness, adjacent trades, and access. We share a written schedule and adjust as trade sequencing shifts on the job.
