Project support

Everest aluminum supply for fabricators and glazing contractors

Trade buyers want three things from a supplier: the right material, priced against their take-off, arriving when their shop needs it. This page sets out how a supply-only relationship works, what we review before an order goes in, and where the responsibility boundaries sit between our scope and yours.

Everest architectural aluminum systems for projects in Colorado, New York and California — product selection, estimating and project coordination through Gloria Glass, with Denver, New York City and Los Angeles as the principal target markets.

Who this is for

  • Aluminum fabrication shops assembling their own units
  • Glazing contractors self-performing fabrication on a project
  • Installers sourcing components to complete or extend existing work
  • Trade buyers standardising on a system family across multiple jobs

Common project applications

  • Project-specific material packages priced against a take-off
  • Repeat supply for a shop working continuously in one system family
  • Component top-ups mid-project for gaskets, hardware and accessories
  • Matching material for extension or repair of an existing installation
  • Phased releases against a long fabrication programme

How a supply-only inquiry runs

Send the take-off, the profile references and the finish requirement, along with the date the material is needed in the shop. We review the list for compatibility and obvious inconsistencies, confirm what is available, and coordinate the order and delivery. If a line item raises a question, we ask before quoting rather than quoting around it.

For repeat buyers the process compresses considerably once the system family, finish and packing preferences are established. The first order is the one that takes the conversation.

Where responsibility sits

In a supply-only arrangement the buyer's shop drawings govern. We are responsible for supplying what was ordered, in the specified finish, to the agreed schedule. The buyer is responsible for the correctness of the take-off, the fabrication, the glazing and the installed result. Being explicit about this is not defensive — it is what allows both parties to work quickly.

Availability and timing

We do not publish lead times or stock positions, and Gloria Glass does not maintain a warehouse or local inventory. Availability, final specifications, certification, engineering requirements, glazing, finish, delivery and project suitability are confirmed for each project at the time of inquiry, against the manufacturer's actual position rather than a general expectation.

What we need to prepare a budget

  1. Take-off or cut list with quantities and lengths
  2. Profile references, or sections and dimensions where references are unknown
  3. Finish requirement and colour reference
  4. Hardware, gasket and accessory schedule
  5. Required-on-site dates and whether the release is phased
  6. Delivery address, receiving hours and unloading capability
  7. Company details and the contact who owns the order

Supply only or coordinated installation

Supply only. Shop drawings, fabrication, glazing, assembly and installation remain with the buyer. Gloria Glass provides product selection support, take-off review, estimating and delivery coordination. Where a buyer wants installation as well, that is scoped separately.

Glazing, hardware and finish coordination

  • Profile, gasket and hardware compatibility is checked as a set before the order is released.
  • Finish and colour are confirmed against a reference, and against a physical sample where matching matters.
  • Cut and stock lengths are agreed so material arrives in a usable form for the shop.
  • Packing and labelling are set up to suit how the shop receives and stores material.
  • Phased deliveries are scheduled against the fabrication programme rather than the site programme.

What must be verified before specification

Nothing on this page is a commitment about a specific project. Each item below is confirmed for the project in front of us before anything is specified or ordered.

  • Availability of every line item, in the finish and quantity required
  • Whether the system is suitable for the application, particularly non-insulated families
  • That the take-off reflects the current revision of the shop drawings
  • Any documentation, certification or traceability the end project requires
  • Delivery dates, packaging and receiving arrangements
  • Who is responsible for any discrepancy found on receipt, and the process for resolving it

Availability, final specifications, certification, engineering requirements, glazing, finish, delivery and project suitability are confirmed for each project.

This page covers the general approach. The series pages below carry the manufacturer catalog data for the specific Everest families that apply here.
