Do interior glass projects need approval too?
Generally not. Shower enclosures, stair guards, interior partitions and mirrors are inside the home and typically fall outside design review. It remains the owner's responsibility to confirm that with their association, particularly in attached or multi-family properties.
My neighbour has the same floor plan — can you quote from theirs?
